Nick Cantrell
My name is Nick Cantrell. I am an Agricultural Education teacher at Pickens County High School. I have been teaching Agricultural Education for 9 years and this is my first year at PHS. I am a PHS graduate and glad to be a Dragon again!
I went to Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College immediately after high school and transferred to the University of Georgia to complete my bachelor's degree in Agricultural Education.
I teach the Poultry Science and Forestry and Wildlife Pathways as well as one Agricultural Mechanics I course. Along with teaching Agricultural Education I also serve as one of the Advisors for the Pickens County FFA Program. Students have the opportunity to be involved in the National FFA Organization which is the largest student led youth organization in the world by enrolling in the Agricultural classes offered here at PHS.
