Brandon Tippens, Assistant Principal PACE Director

I am excited for the 2023-24 school year and the opportunity to serve as an assistant principal for Pickens High School and director of the Pickens Alternative Center for Education (PACE).
I have been a teacher at Pickens High School for the past nine years and have served in many roles, including teacher, Special Education Department Head, and head wrestling coach. Before coming to Pickens, I spent three years as a teacher and coach at Adairsville High School.
I received my Bachelor of Science in History Education from Kennesaw State University. I later earned a Specialist in Special Education from the University of West Georgia.
This year I look forward to working with all students to help them achieve their goals and prepare for life after graduation.
