Military Information

All seniors who plan on walking in the May graduation ceremony must purchase their cap & gown package through Atlanta Grad Co.

Graduation items can be purchased separately or by various packages that all can be accessed via atlantagrad.com. Click on "Find My School," enter "Pickens," select "Pickens County High School," and that will take you to our PHS page with the Atlanta Grad Co.

Please know that if you want to purchase just the cap, gown, tassel, and diploma cover package (which is all that you need for Graduation), then you can access that option by clicking HERE.

Please see below for important dates and deadlines regarding graduation packages:

-8/26/26 Senior Info Nt. - Atlanta Grad Co. will be at PHS during the 8/26 Senior Info Nt. to take in-person Cap & Gown Orders.

-8/28/26 - Atlanta Grad Co. will be at PHS during lunch hours to take in-person Cap & Gown Orders.

-9/9/26 - Atlanta Grad Co. will be at PHS during our Senior Advisement in the Auditorium at 8:50am to take in person Cap & Gown Orders.

-10/7/26 - Atlanta Grad Co. will be at PHS during lunch hours to take in-person Cap & Gown Orders.

-12/1/26 - The initial order deadline for Cap & Gown Orders. After this date prices will increase and some items/packages will no longer be available.

-4/13/27 - Cap & gown orders will be delivered in person at PHS during lunch hours on April 13th, 2027. All "senior swag" purchased items will be delivered to the physical address that you provide in your order. Please email Ms. Champion (janachampion@pickenscountyschools.org) if you are unable to pick-up your package on April 13th as all leftover packages will remain with her.

Class rings can be ordered via Atlanta Grad Co. Orders can be placed online via atlantagrad.com or in person during lunch hours on Friday, 8/28, and Wed., 10/7. Rings will be delivered before we leave for Christmas Break 2026.
