Below are mostly local, state, and/or some national scholarships that are currently available for students to apply to:
1) PCREA Outstanding Youth Service Leader of the Year Award 2027 (posted on 7/30/26)
-The Pickens County Retired Educators Association (PCREA) is a group of individuals who have lived a life of service through their dedication to educating youth and in many other ways. This group is committed to recognizing and celebrating the remarkable service of a graduating PHS Senior who is leaving a legacy of service in our community as he/she goes on to new adventures. The Outstanding Youth Service Award celebrates the remarkable dedication, compassion, and leadership of young individuals who make a positive impact in our community. This is a reminder to us all that the energy and vision of youth can transform communities and shape a brighter future. While there is a small monetary gift, it is not a scholarship program.
