PHS wants to take the time to celebrate ALL of you this year as you make commitments to not only graduating with your high school diploma from PHS in May of 2025, but also on your post-secondary plans of either:

1) Enrolling in a Technical College or a Four-Year College/University

2) Enlisting in a Branch of the Military

3) And/Or Accepting an Employment Opportunity directly into the workforce.

Throughout this school year, we hope that you will take the time to complete the Enroll/Enlist/Employ Commitments Form for the PHS Class of 2025 (using your school Gmail account) as you make commitments to your post-secondary plans.  By completing this form, you will assist our team with both recognizing and celebrating your commitments to what you plan to do after you graduate from PHS!

Please know that this form will stay active on the PHS Senior Information Webpage all school year.  You do not need to complete this form until you make a COMMITMENT to a college, the military, and/or an employer.  For example, you may apply to and get accepted to 3 different colleges.  You would fill out this form once you make a commitment/decision on which of the 3 colleges that you have 1) been accepted to and 2) will be starting your college courses at during the Fall 2025 semester.
